On the connection of Joule-Thompson's coefficient with dissipation properties of filtrating media

Abstract
In the paper is shown that the Joule-Thompson's coefficient may be
connected with dissipation properties of filtrating liquid or gas.
The calculations are based on the classical Boltzmann's kinetic equation.
The connection between Joule-Thompson's coefficient and the viscosity of
liquid is found.
